Here are just some of the steps we take to insure that you always receive nothing but the best when it comes to quality ammunition.
We sort and inspect all of our brass, both fired and new.
Camdex case processors check for Berdan primed brass, splits or cracks in the brass walls and necks, deprimes the old primer and checks the primer pocket for uniformity, swages the primer pocket to remove any military crimp, full length size of the brass, then the final size die.
Cartridges are stainless wet tumbled and cleaned to remove any powder debris, which creates a like new condition, look, and feel. Often times our brass looks better than most new ammunition!
Top quality name brand powders, primers, and projectiles are used in our manufacturing process. We use commercial grade equipment for our entire processing and our loading.
After loading, the ammunition is given a final polish using corn cobb media and polishing compound. This not only cleans the finished round, but also ensures that the primers and projectile are secure in the case. This process also removes any machine marks from the cases, leaving a highly polished and beautiful round of ammunition, ready for your shooting pleasure.
All rounds are hand inspected, then placed in a SAAMI Spec Chamber Check case gauge block. This quality control step is critical to our process, which greatly reduces the chances of jams, misfires, feeding problems, and other malfunctions that may be caused by out-of-spec ammunition.
All of our manufactured ammunition, both new and reman, is produced under strict quality control processes that ensure that each cartridge is of the highest quality and safety.
