Processed brass has been decapped and full length sized, roll sized to eliminate any bulges and processing machine rejects bad cases, pressure checked for cracks or damage to the casing, primer pockets are swaged to remove any crimp on the original primer, and then wet tumbled.  Perfect for the reloader that wants to save time, or the progressive reloader that doesn't want hang ups with bad brass or berdan primers.
