- Information to be printed on your EFT file (name, DOB, SSN, etc.)

- EFT File Fingerprinting: $75 per file. We guarantee accuracy, if for any reason your fingerprints are rejected, we will redo them at no cost to you at any time with the denial letter from the NFA.
